A scrap tire filled with standing water is like a country club for mosquito in the New England summers. It’s a EEE magnet for sure and a pile of tires does nothing of the neighborhood.
When I saw this article in the Enterprise newspaper, about tires being dumped on Summer Street in Bridgewater, on a quiet day in December, I knew I had to do something about it.
